Joseph Conrad-Korzeniowski Literary Award was founded in 2007 and is awarded by the Polish Institute in Kyiv:
For consistency in realization of creative career, innovativeness of form, breaking of stereotypes, and universalism of message.
Recipients:
The award is presented to a Ukrainian author not older than 40 regardless of his/her place of residence, during his/her lifetime.
Nomination:
Candidates for the award may be nominated by both Ukrainian and foreign cultural institutions, scientific centres, publishing houses, creative associations, private persons by filling the simple APPLICATION FORM at the web site of the Polish Institute in Kyiv.
The winner will be decided and announced by the Polish and Ukrainian jury.
The award ceremony of the Joseph Conrad Literary Award will take place on December 17, 2011 in Kyiv.
